Today I am reviewing Pure Raspberry Ketones! 

As I am sure everyone else has......I have heard a lot about Raspberry Ketones and their ability to aid in weight loss. Julienne Peeler Review

In our house, I try to keep the kids eating healthy snacks. Especially with all the other junk they eat throughout the day! Vacay Water Enhancer Review

Fortis Production Baking Mats Review

This afternoon I am reviewing Fortis Production Silicone Baking Mats!

I love baking and I do it often. I have found that I do not necessarily like having to grease pans to prevent things from sticking. I hate having the spread the oil on the bottom of the pan. Or when I use the cooking spray and it gets all over when I try to spray the sides of the pan. With that being said, I have been looking into using baking mats.

When I received the Fortis Production silicone baking mats, I couldn't wait to use them. So the kids and I decided to try them out with some Reese's cookies! The baking mats didn't quite fit my pans (the large one is 16 1/2' x 11 1/2' and the other 2 are smaller 11 1/2' x 8 1/4') but that was okay. I used the large one and it hung over the pan a little bit on each side but that did not interfere with how the cookies turned out at all!! I absolutely loved how amazing these work. After our cookies cooled, I was able to just pop them right off the mat with no problem. No sticking and no pieces of cookies left behind!

I am so happy with these mats and I can not wait to use them again! Next time I want to try them with garlic cheese bread! Another thing I think will be very easy with these mats is wings! I have so many ideas and I can't wait to give them all a try!

There was an insert that came with the mats that clearly states: these mats are non-odor absorbing! That is a HUGE benefit. That means I don't have to worry about using them for garlic bread and then turning around and making sugar cookies and having them taste like I dumped garlic in the mix!

Overall, these mats are great! Perfect addition to the kitchen of anyone who likes to bake!

Phantom Fit Resistance Loop Bands Review

Tonight I am happy to write my review of Phantom Fit Resistance Loop Bands!

I have been thinking about giving resistance bands a try for a while and so I bought some. They were the kind with a handle on each end. I like them but I found that there were some things that I couldn't do with them that I wanted to be able to do. That is when I heard about resistance loop bands.  I decided that I wanted to give them a try for the other exercises that I wasn't able to do with the straight bands.

The Phantom Fit bands comes with 4 different bands color coded by resistance. The blue loop is light resistance, the red loop is medium resistance, the green loop is heavy resistance, and the black black loop is x-heavy resistance. They are 10 inches long when flattened! They also come with a "travel/carry case".

I have been able to do many exercises that I was unable to do with the straight bands. These bands are very strong and durable! I think I have tried just about every exercise with them and they are still in perfect condition! I have found that, for me, it is much easier to use resistance bands than to haul out my weights and switch the amounts of them and then carry them all back to the utility room to put them away.

Overall these loops are GREAT! The one thing that I think was/is a waste of the company's money is the "travel bag" that they include because it just isn't an usable product. The bands stick when you try  to put them in the bag and the bag really is too small for the bands! The bands themselves, are great quality and durability. The first time I tried this product, I did have my doubts. On the package it says, "Apply in circular motions twice a day, on all affected areas, specially on thighs, buttocks, stomach - to help to reduce the appearance of cellulite. So...I did as it said....I applied in a circular motion to my thighs, buttocks, stomach and my hips. The cream if very soft and smooth. It doesn't take a lot to cover the area. It isn't oily and absorbs fairly quickly. It left my skin feeling very soft! I do apply before I eat or a few hours after to get the fat burning effect. I figure why not take advantage of all the perks of the product. The product does, indeed, create a sauna effect. I like it because that is how I can tell that it is working.

The one thing that I am not so fond of about this product is the smell. It is not a bad smell by any means but it isn't my ideal smell either. I think that it has more of a perfume-y smell. I would rather it have a citrus-y smell if I could choose but hey....if that's my only complaint then I will take it.

I do NOT have any before and after pics because I do not feel comfortable placing photos of my exposed body on the internet for everyone to see (and use). However, I can say....by the end of the day on the first day, I think I could already start to see a difference (now I realize that could have just been in my head....lol). By the end of the week, there was DEFINITELY a difference! My skin was tighter and the cellulite had definitely lessened! I can not wait to see the difference by the end of the month! I am excited to have found this product. I would most definitely recommend it!
